Fun in the Snow 2018 The weather doesn't stop us from engaging in physical activity! Here we are, playing games in the snow.
The children in the senior room took part in a six-week programme to learn bike care and safety. At the end of the 6 weeks the children cycled on the road with the instructors using learned skills.
Tour of Europe
The children have already walked from the spire in Dublin to the Eiffel Tower in Paris. 5 laps of our playground equals 1 kilometre. The children needed to do 215 laps to reach Paris. Every morning from 8:50am to 9:00am the children completed laps of the playground. Some children ran and some children walked. Our motto is ‘Talk while you walk’!

Everyday all the children do 10 minutes of exercise at 10.00 a.m. Physical activity breaks help sustain concentration in class.
